My name is Gisele Rodrigue, Owner and Founder of SugarTrain Express located in the heart of Queens, New York. I was first introduced to cake decorating by my mother who was a very gifted cake decorator. I was always so impressed with the beautiful creations she turned out for all of our family events. I am a graduate of the French Culinary Institute with a Classic Pastry Arts diploma. I have been a cake decorator for 25 years and it is thrilling to create a product that brings smiles and joy to so many.
I have also dedicated my skills and experience to teaching others how to achieve professional and beautiful creations. I teach classes from basic through advanced cake decorating, fondant, gumpaste flowers and chocolate .
