Dominican Cake Decoration

This course consists of five classes once a week for 3 hours. 

You will learn how to prepare and work with Boiled Icing.  During this class you will make decorations such as a shirt, bassinet, baby crib, side decorations and more.

Towards the end of the course you will create an elegant wedding cake.
